Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD): Around 2 hours from the venue — be sure to avoid rush hour traffic.

If you fly into Richmond you will be able to use share rides but it might be easiest to rent a car. Let us know if we can help you find others to rent a car with.

We are working on setting up a hotel block in Midlothian near the venue and just outside of Richmond.

Think elevated evening wear — suits and ties, long dresses or chic cocktail dresses. Black tie is not required, but we invite you to dress to impress!

As much as we adore your kids, we’re keeping the celebration adults-only — with the exception of a few special little ones in our immediate family.

The celebration will take place primarily outdoors, with key events held under a spacious tent. The tent will be heated if needed and serves as a comfortable, weather-ready space — rain or shine, we’ve got you covered!

Please arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM.

Yes, there will be delicious food and drinks! We will have gluten-free options available. If you have any specific dietary needs or allergies, please don't hesitate to reach out to us — we're happy to accommodate and answer any questions you may have.

The wedding will be partially outdoors, but don’t worry — all event spaces are paved for your comfort minus a grassy walk to your seat for the ceremony (heels included!). We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap in case the evening gets cool. Rain or shine, we’ll be celebrating under a beautiful, weather-ready tent.
